This privacy notice explains how the private practice of Mr Adam Kimble (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal information when you contact us or use this website. We are the data controller for the information you provide.

We collect the details you give us — such as your name, contact details and the information in your enquiry — as well as limited technical data (like your device and browsing information) collected automatically through cookies.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and provide your care, keep accurate clinical and administrative records, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a healthcare provider.

Under UK GDPR we rely on your consent and our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, and on the provision of healthcare (Article 9) where special-category health data is involved.
Sharing your information
We only share your information where necessary — for example with the hospital where you are treated, your GP with your agreement, or where we are required to by law. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are retained in line with UK health-records retention guidance. Enquiry information that does not lead to treatment is kept only as long as needed and then securely deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact the practice.
